Pam Halter was a home-schooling mom for nine years, has been a children’s book author since 1995, and a freelance children’s book editor since 2006. She taught 4th-6th grade Sunday school for over 21 years and was a Pioneer Clubs leader for 4 years. She was also the music director for a local summer theater where she worked with children ages 8-18 for ten years.

When Pam is not writing or editing, she enjoys reading, playing the piano, quilting, gardening, cooking, and walking long country roads where she finds fairy homes and emerging dragons.
Pam lives in Southern New Jersey with her husband and special needs adult daughter.
