Watercolor Artwork

"Christmas Presence"
This is a self-portrait from my childhood (with department store Santa). I added Jesus in the background. The expression on my face is because I was breathless in my long list of wants--but it could represent the awe I feel about God's faithfulness and His many gracious surprises. (NFS)
"Fenwick Daybreak"
This painting hangs in Drew's office (across the hall from mine) and reminds us of our place at East of the Sun in Fenwick Island and the good times we've had there over the years. (NFS)
"Little Prayer Time"
This painting was inspired by a black and white Vacation Bible School poster. Little did I know at the time that the baby would resemble our granddaughter Saige. (NFS)

"Fishin' for Love"
One of my early paintings. Kim's Raggedy Andy posed nicely for me. ($75)
"Harbeson Christmas Memories"
This was my very first painting, inspired by a photograph by Kevin Fleming. Thinking it was "beginner's luck" and that I couldn't possibly do it again, I painted another just like it, so now we have two, and Drew won't let me part with either of them. (NFS).
"Yet to be Filled, "Perception," and "Tranquility"
I designed this trio with the color scheme of my office at Delaware Tech in mind. The subject I used for the center vase was a Christmas gift from my former boss and Campus Director, Jack Owens. (NFS)

"Conversation Peace"
Having my paintings in the Campus Director's office was a blessing—sort of like having my own personal art gallery. (NFS)
"For Kim"
I painted this for Kim's hope chest, but by the time she got married and built her own home, the color scheme didn't work . . . so it's hanging on our kitchen wall instead. (NFS, Kim might want it some day)
"Breezy Mysteries"
This is a scene of the Delaware beach dunes. I have one framed print left ($125).

"Cape Henlopen Lighthouse"
Painted for Susan Lynch 12/97 (commissioned painting)
"Lake Drive"
Aunt Mary Ann & Uncle Wilmer's home, 607 Lake Drive West, Smyrna, Del., 1993 (commissioned painting)
"Emma"
This painting of Emma O'Donnel (1999)l, Debbie's daughter, hangs in the lobby of the Child Development Center at the Owens Campus of Delaware Technical & Community College in Georgetown (commissioned painting)

"Warren"
This picture of Warren Oney (1999), Veronica and Wilford's son, hangs in the lobby of the Child Development Center at the Owens Campus of Delaware Technical & Community College in Georgetown (commissioned painting)
"The MacDonalds"
This family portrait was painted from a composite of several photos for Doug & Claire MacDonald, Christmas 1993 (commissioned painting)
"Fifer Apples"
This was painted from a photograph taken by my sister-in-law, Mary Fifer Fennemore, at the Delaware Agriculture Museum, 1993. And guess who bought it? Mary Fifer Fennemore.

"Jorgi"
This picture of Jorgi, Carol Collins' granddaughter, hangs in the lobby of the Child Development Center at the Owens Campus of Delaware Technical & Community College in Georgetown.
"Springtime Serenity"
One of my early watercolors, this painting now hangs in the Fruitbearer Publishing office.
"Bermuda"
Inspired by fond memories of our family's five years on the island of Bermuda, I painted this for Mom and Dad.
